Attend your initial video consultation with your physician. Thereafter, promptly respond to all physician communications and requests for information via the secure AnchorMD portal throughout the 6-month period.

Share Progress

Provide timely and accurate monthly weight updates via the AnchorMD portal. To qualify, you must track your weight in your portal in at least 9 of your 12 bimonthly coaching sessions over your first 6 months.

Act in Good Faith

Genuinely participate and communicate any issues impacting adherence to your physician.

Reply to Your Physician

Upload your medical form and labwork in a timely manner, not exceeding 5 days from thetime your home test-kit is delivered

If, after 6 months, you have met all eligibility requirements and have not achieved at least a 5% reduction in your starting body weight, contact our support team via email or phone within 30 days of completing your 6th month.

Verification

We'll review your adherence to the program requirements (medication use based on prescription records, weight updates, participation in the initial consultation, and relevant communications).

Refund

Once verified, your program fees paid to AnchorMD for those 6 months will be refunded, typically processed within 5-10 business days.

Can I get my money back sooner?

If we do not ship medication and you can’t begin treatment after the medical review, you can receive a full refund.
